Hi my name is Daniel

My favourite series of books is Conspiracy 365

My favourite hobbies are swimming, running, biking and playing cricket. Voki take a lesson of French with Simba the cat and Murph the dog click on the play button on the voki, which is down a bit more.

I am a visual, left brain learner which means that I have to sit in front of the classroom
There's this new hat called ' The Cone of Shame' (named after me and from the movie Up) when a person in Room 2 does the most silliest thing they get to wear the cone of shame, so far I had the cone of shame recently when I was caught taking off my jumper and accidentally nearly taking my shirt off as well. It is really big for your head and goes right down to just below your ears.

This is my information report on surveyors.

Surveyors

Surveyors are workers who design maps, overlook land and make projects for other workers, build houses and roads or other things.

People who want to be a surveyor have to take courses in many different subjects. Here are some examples of subjects you need to take at university, or work hard on at high school.
Maths: Surveyors have to be good at maths, because surveyors have to multiply or calculate the area, height, length and width of the house it can be any kind of building, and find an area of land.
Computer Skills: Surveyors have to be experts at this sort of thing because they have to overlook the map of the area they’re looking at; it is sort of like a satellite. They make maps from computers or being there themselves.
Geometry: Surveyors have to be capable of doing geometry as well because of being good at maps, what the key signs in the index of the map shows and visiting the site of the map they want to overlook.

The highlights for surveyors are to work in many places because wherever you go in New Zealand a surveyor has already been there by car or even camping overnight there.

The lowlights this means that they have to wake up early in the morning; they have to think hard about what they are doing especially knowing the right answers to calculations because otherwise it will cost a lot of money if they do get it wrong.

Salary: Surveyors get paid quite well depending on the stages of their career.
Junior Surveyors get paid at about $50 000 a year.
Managing Surveyor the average of $110 000 a year.
Experienced Manager paid at $150 000.

Surveyors go everywhere sometimes even overseas. They work in towns and cities, in the countryside, in bush or forest (usually they stay overnight), or even sometimes the air, sea and underground.

Surveyors have been busy all the time only five days a week and about eight hours a day, which is pretty tiring sometimes. But they have a very important job for the community which is special, because you can travel anywhere you have to which can mean going to places you haven’t gone before.

I am Poem

I am a reader.
I wonder about the Hardy Boys.
I hear the pages turning.
I see the pictures come to life.
I want to read every book.
I am a reader.

I pretend to be each character.
I feel each of their feelings.
I touch each of the pages.
I worry about alien invasions.
I cry when something goes wrong.
I am a reader.

I understand the story.
I say the story to my parents.
I dream what’s happening.
I try to remember each detail.
I hope I am an author.
I am a reader.
